Some students at U.W. Whitewater are getting busted for posting pictures on facebook.com. That's because they're posting pictures of illegal activities.

Facebook dot com is a website for college students, but the students aren't the only ones who look at the site.

One case in particular, a student posted a picture of himself on the website, but in the background of the picture is a stolen sign. Police got a hold of that picture. Chief John Reid of the U.W. Whitewater Police Department says, "We didn't have any leads, we didn't have any suspects, it's a loss. And then out of the blue, we get a picture forwarded to us from someone on campus because they were looking at facebook and in the backdrop of that picture is the sign."

Officials say they're not only busting the students for having stolen property, but also for underage drinking.
