Parts of the down town area were blocked off Sunday night as the Madison Police Department dealt with a car versus bike crash.

The incident happened shortly after 8:30 on Mills Street and Spring Street. Mills Street was blocked off between Regent and Dayton Streets during the investigation.

Officials say the bicyclist was hit by one car, struck by a second and then dragged a distance. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
